The house overlooks the 1907 railway viaduct and the 14th Century National Trust property – Cotehele House a short 20min walk from the house.
Home Park B&B is close to the village centre and the River Tamar – a short walk from the local pubs, shops and other amenities, a 10 minute walk from the railway station. A branch line (the Tamar Valley line) connects Plymouth to Calstock and trains run six times a day, stopping at Bere Alston and Bere Ferrers etc on route.
