We are 10 minutes’ drive from St Austell railway station and about 25 minutes from Newquay airport; collection can be arranged from either point. Guests have their own front door key and access to rooms at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the house but is allowed in the garden. There is ample private parking for guests and secure storage of cycles. Our accommodation is near to the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and we provide advance tickets for both these attractions.
